On the Seine and on the Thames, boats and cargobikes work together

In Paris, Fluidis runs an electric boat that docks at two quays in the centre. From there cargobikes provide the end delivery. The system distributes up to 1500 packets a day

The boat is wide enough to allow the sorting and loading of the parcels on board.

We have reported previously about the DHL boat on the Thames.

There is now a new pilot to take office and cleaning depot from a consolidation centre in Kent by boat to Central London, and then to office in the Strand area by cargobike.
